Automation as a service

Too many little computer tasks?
We fix them.

FixThinks takes the small, repetitive things off your team's plate — the spreadsheet shuffle, the inbox triage, the "did anyone check…" — and turns them into automations that just run. Every plan is custom; we quote after a short consult.

Custom plan after a short consult. Your stack. We don't migrate you. Plain code where it matters; AI where it earns it.
Six little fires we put out

If your team has the same 90 minutes blocked off three mornings a week, that's a computer task.

Here are the ones we end up fixing the most. Yours probably belongs in here too.

The Spreadsheet Shuffle

Open the file. Copy from tab A. Paste in tab B. Email screenshot to manager. Repeat tomorrow. We replace this with one scheduled job.

The Inbox Triage

Sorting requests, tagging the urgent ones, drafting replies from your docs. An agent watches, drafts, and escalates the real edge cases to a human.

The Lead Chase

Scoring new leads, writing the first nice-to-meet-you email, following up three times so nothing falls through. Queued, measurable, polite.

The Support Cycle

Triage incoming tickets, draft an answer from your own help docs, escalate the rest. Your team sees only the questions only they can answer.

The 2 AM Pager

On-call agents that page the right human, with the right context, the moment something matters — and otherwise leave everyone alone.

The Custom Tinker

If you can describe the job in three sentences, there is a fair chance we can automate it inside a month. Tell us the weirdest one.

Before / after

You don't have a people problem.
You have a paper-cut problem.

Right now

  • A person opens the same spreadsheet at 9:03 every morning.
  • A junior teammate is paid to copy-paste between two tools.
  • Three people are CC'd on emails that nobody acts on.
  • A weekly report that takes four hours of "wrangling."

With FixThinks

  • A scheduled job posts the spreadsheet summary to Slack at 9:00.
  • The two tools sync on their own; the junior gets harder work.
  • Only emails an agent flags as "needs human" reach a person.
  • The report is in your inbox Monday at 7am, every Monday.
How it works

Three steps. Roughly a month, end to end.

We talk, we pilot, it runs. No tier picking — your plan is built around your tasks.

1

Tell us the task

A 30-minute conversation: what the job is, who depends on it, what success looks like. We send back a one-page plan.

2

We build a small pilot

A week or two of work. You watch the smallest useful version run end-to-end before we commit to more.

3

It just runs

It lives in your stack. We monitor, iterate, and report monthly. Cancel any time, keep what runs on your machines.

FAQ

The questions people ask before they reach out.

Where does the AI come in?

Where it earns its keep — pattern matching, summarisation, draft generation. Anything that needs to be exact stays as plain code.

Do you work with my existing tools?

Yes. Most engagements glue together tools you already pay for (spreadsheets, CRMs, helpdesks, databases). We rarely ask you to migrate.

What happens if we cancel?

You keep everything that runs on your infrastructure. We hand over the runbook and any code that lived in our stack, then disable it cleanly.

How fast can we start?

New pilots typically begin within a week of the first conversation.

How do you charge?

Every plan is custom. After a short consult we send a private link with your setup deposit and monthly fee — no public price list, no comparing yourself to the client next door.

Where does my data live?

Wherever you want it to. By default, anything sensitive stays inside your own systems; we connect to it rather than copying it out.

One job off the team's plate this month.

Three sentences about the task. We'll reply within two business days.
