These are the terms under which FixThinks provides automation services. They’re short on purpose. If anything is unclear, contact us before subscribing.
The service
You pay a flat monthly fee for the tier you choose. We deliver the number of automations described in that tier, with the support level described in that tier.
Billing
- Billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- Cancel any time from your account page or via our contact page.
- No refunds for partial months, but you keep service through the end of the billing period.
What we promise
- Best-effort uptime on anything that runs on our infrastructure.
- The response times listed for your tier.
- If you cancel, you keep everything that runs on your infrastructure plus the runbook.
What we don’t promise
- That a third-party API we depend on won’t break (we will fix it; we can’t prevent it).
- That an LLM-generated draft will be perfect (humans review the important stuff).
- Specific business outcomes — we automate tasks, you measure the results.
Confidentiality
We treat anything we see inside your systems as confidential. We’re happy to sign your standard NDA.
Liability
Our total liability in any month is capped at what you paid us that month. Not because we don’t care, but because that’s the only way a small operator can offer this kind of service at this kind of price.
Changes
We’ll email you at least 30 days before changing these terms in any material way.
